Hilariously, if you type the url www.chokelahoma.com into your browser and hit enter, you are redirected to the actual Sooner Sports site. They have officially embraced the moniker Chokelahoma. It is who they are.
As I understand it, it’s common practice to buy domains that may be unflattering to your organization or could provide your adversaries a valuable outlet to mock you.
Like I said, I understand this. It makes sense.
What does not make sense, is to then make those satirical domains that make fun of you ultimately lead you to your actual site, essentially mocking yourself.
That’s like Bob Stoops using the facebook username, facebook.com/pooponstoops, just so noone else can.
Just leave the link dead, dorks.
